Diamond lakes
Sapphire seas
Topaz skies
All beauty must fade
As Gaea changes her gown
Making way for Autumn
But when beauty fades
Paths are made for new beauty
Emerald gives way to gold
Sapphire gives way to slate
Topaz gives way to opal
